Since inception in 1969, Phillips has grown in all aspects of mechanical maintenance for rotary kilns and similar equipment.  We still remain highly specialized in servicing this equipment although we do occasionally venture into servicing mills, coolers and others whenever appropriate.

These services include simple repair work such as changing bearings, rollers, installing or reversing gears, doing filler bar work by re-shimming tires, changing shell sections, installing seals right on and up to the installation of new kilns.

This is our "repair" division, now grown to be the largest department in the company and the one with the strongest growth.  Currently it generates about 40% of our overall annual revenues.  The majority of our field crews are in this department.

Phillips maintains its own equipment, everything short of cranes, to do this work.  Domestically the equipment, including large support towers for section erection work, is trucked to site.  For overseas projects the equipment is shipped in containers.

The field crews are full time employees and they as well as all Phillips' employees are shareholders of the company.  Their future security is directly tied to the success of the company, which is entirely dependent on satisfied customers.
